Ok Auto, that makes sense. I actually think in the long term, the USD is about as high its its going to get. So I would be quite happy to use their USD to reduce the debt now, but safe some for later when the exchange rates are more favourable.
The next couple of days are going to be interesting. Quite frustrating that the world hangs on Yellen's words, yet in reality, their economy is in a terrible state and if they do raise rates, they will probably only do it a couple of times before the economy dips into recession. Strange times.
