I asked the company about this, and whether or not the the upcoming notice of shareholder meeting for the voting would detail Buddy's customers (since the previous prospectus didn't), and the responses I got were

Regarding 21st August date for the notice of meeting
"We are working through the NoM as we speak." response from Chris Watts (company secretary)


Regarding revealing Buddy customer info in notice of meeting
"Not yet. The prospectus will detail all relevant information." response from Ananda Kathiravelu

So we should expect two documents soon
1. notice of meeting for the voting - due 21st Aug
2. another prospectus (for the capital raising?) - 28 Sept
