PLACEMENT OF RENOUNCEABLE PRO RATA RIGHTS ISSUE SHORTFALL

Paynes Find Gold Limited (ASX: PNE) (Company) is pleased to advise that the Company’s has placed 100% of the rights issue shortfall of 5,789,480 shares to raise $289,474.

The Rights Issue raised a total amount of $534,871 before costs. The details of the entitlement offer were announced on 5 June 2015.

These funds will be used towards meeting costs associated with the Company’s existing exploration project, expenses of the Rights Issue, project evaluation, due diligence, administration expenses and working capital requirements.

The Company continues to evaluate potential investments and is conducting due diligence on a potential acquisition of a new substantial asset that has the ability to grow shareholder wealth.

And the largest owner is DLC.......................
