The dump was because PPT did a big flush. The recovery? We can't be sure, but it is likely that the more entrepreneurial VCs are slowly accumulating. PME have more than proven concept, they are proving business model, and with fairly impressive profit margins. Essentially the cost of development has been made. Margins will continue to grow with each successive sale. The VCs know this.
