think you've hit the nail on the head.....it's not the first announcement which came just before a CR, but then subsequently vaporised......some without any announcement to even try and explain to shareholders.

This whole debacle would make a perfect case study - how small shareholders are at the mercy of those who's lifestyle is being maintained......with ASIC doing absolutely jack sh*t in the way of governance.
