There are a few layers in my post. From a TA perspective no interest. That is why i said in my earlier post that the announcement, whilst important as being part of the process, is a stepping stone but it is no off-take. Hence the sp being where it with no interest. I also said mining lic. Will give some impetus to sp. However nasa is correct that it is important as a precursor to the sales of the graphite. The main point i reiterate was in response to DT ers being blamed for the stock not moving i.e. capping. That was erroneous as the volume is not there to justify it. Further i mentioned that the delay in Licence might spook some holders which might also cause some to hold back - in SL this is normal though the unpredictable can be the norm. So there are agreements in my posts with nasa and yourself but on different points. Sounds confusing but when multiple points are raised, different posters will agree with some and disagree with others.
