Moorlight. You have no idea who you are dealing with here. You clearly have not done your research.
    I HAVE.
I have followed their High seas trails for 6 years.

The warnings I give here. I gave on NKP. CCC. RRS. RMP. KAB. ARK .CTR. BMZ.
All there to see. All have turned out exactly the same. All out of the same office at the same time.

The whisper says it will all be different this time.

But here we are. Timeline blow outs. Expired options. Undisclosed court cases and Trading halts that turns into suspensions.
The demise of Santa fe was well known. Why does this lead to a TH?

The guys at ARK were where you are 11 months ago. Huge dilution coming and consolidation. The Consolidation happened and ever traded again. CTR. 1 for 100 hideous consolidation. You watch Black mount do a consol. Raise and repeat!

Okap have defaulted on loans in almost every company. Leading to creditors stepping in.

You have a Director that says that "it's about finding something the capital market will support" That's Tasker. A PR guy come director.

That "capital market" is their SI friendlies like macca. They are in for a quick 30 -40% profit. Will seed the boards and as they do. Lead you into the shearing sheds.

Okap in the FY 2013-2014 racked in over $5m in corp fees from all these companies. They make around 6% on every raising. And every company has failed to return any value to retail holders!
But you just change the direction. Change the name. Get the "friendlies on board. And do it all again!

I have never lost a cent on an Okap stock and don't really care if you believe me or not. You will come to see. Just like all the others!

    Have another look.
    Research Jane Flegg. Okap ventures.

Tasker has been their PR guy for at least 6 years.
