The previous CEO have shot the credibility of the management to pieces with the constant run of bad news from death, fires, design faults then more death ... The list goes on. Current CEO handed the keys to an idiot then had to step in but the damage is done. Potential holders don't trust the fundamentals anymore driven by a bearish gold price. They is something very wrong with the fundamentals because we are the last to 'know or read' about it. Good luck with the optimism.
