What is your relationship to the company or the people involved? Can't you see a shortfall of 98,9% is a slap in the face, a well deserved penalty for continued non-performance? Doesn't that clearly signal nobody is interested in the offering? Read the company's 2012, '13 and '14 press releases. Most of what you'll find is empty promises. Now they are "very confident", eh? How great that is! Haven't you seen the price for tungsten has been cut in half? With the slowdown in China, where is future demand going to come from? So which one is the more likely scenario, price increases or continued downward pressure? Whatever your answer is, the facts remain: The company will have to lower the offering price considerably or call it all off and instead sign a cut-throat 20%-interest-like credit agreement with a lender of last resort. Either way existing shareholders will be punished even more, on the verge of expropriation.
