MW has 24 million in his name but I took the other 23million, whilst not in his name directly, are in the name of the underwriters which he is a director of and 60% owner of, so figured that all in all he owns 47million.

Ive already noticed an error on my behalf, the underwriter only picked up 29.5million not 38million. So 60% of what the underwriter received is 17.7 million (what's attributable to MW ownership of the underwriter)

So 41.7 million to MW or 21%

So it's only 69.5% of the company held by the directors and their associated companies.

I hope this is now correct. Sorry for my confusion, it's been a busy night at work
