    Fuel for growth

Ceres Power is a fuel-cell company which floated on

AIM last November, raising £16m from new investors

and £5m from existing shareholders. What were the

attractions of AIM? “We were able to raise a serious

amount of money for a company still in relatively

early stages,” says chairman Philip Holbeche. “We

are only four years old. We could attract blue-chip

    institutional investors.”
