It's more interesting if you think about how this fits into their portfolio of services. They've said they'd like to get more into this space but clearly have a gap in this space in-house, hence the agreement.
This agreement would be the easiest to negotiate given they've indicated the requirement and they don't extensively offer the services. Other agreements will likely take longer as there will be more negotiation required.
Not the sexy announcement I was looking for, but definitely a solid brick in an ever growing wall.
Very strategic move. I look forward to seeing what else they've got going on as it comes up
