Also if the SP is above 20c and all oppies are cashed in that means there is no need for a CR so that saves us issuing more than 100 M shares. If the oppies are not cashed in there is at least 40M shares not issued. Unless something drastic happens (SP is 5c) there will be less than the 150M shares issued for the CR
