Fair points. In honesty I haven't made my mind up whether I will participate or not. I made a comment in a previous thread that I may sell if the last quarterly didn't impress and it was extremely disappointing. All we got were excuses the quarterly before about delayed Chinese approvals and Chinese New Year, but no extra sales flowed through to last quarter and management didn't address the negative quarter on quarter revenue growth, I guess just hoping the market were fooled by the R&D refund.

The acquisition does look really good though. Complimentary products, opens up new markets and relationships with new distributors. Earnings positive will help right away.

I can't shake the feeling that it may be throwing good money after bad. Fact is the company is raising at their 52 week low. Hopefully there is an announcement or some movement in the near future that makes the decision easier.
