thanks for posting HSP - I understand your thoughts ! Comparison with share price performance of WSA relative to nickel market is entirely valid !

Bubby - its a market .....and a short is just another "investment opportunity" ......so imho - its a part of life........

in some instances - it can help long(er) term buyers ........and often creates excellent opportunities.......

in other instances - it can be detrimental (iron ore stocks, mining services etc). In an environment where acess to capital is very very tough .....it can greatly enhance returns to "new investors" (viz cap raisings at distressed prices).

HSP's "only risk" would be corporate activity (again imho).....
