Also, I'm concerned that many here can't actually read and interpret a P&L or a Cashflow statement, those that can see lumpy earnings and an income tax benefit associated with the recognition of a deferred tax asset.

Throw in a 577k R&D payment and that NPAT of 469k becomes a loss - happy to proven otherwise but I see some neat accounting work to generate a paper profit.

The cashflow statement is the real concern, WIP is increasing along with trade and receivables, whilst cash is decreasing - READ THE HALF YEARLY.

Company is bleeding cash, cutting costs? Well Trade and other payables doubled for the half.

Classic case of a working capital paralysis, now what fills the void with this capital(cash) trapped in WIP/Acc Rec and trade payables increasing - looking at you, the investor.

This will need more and more capital and the thirst will be quenched from shareholder pockets, don't get me started on the related party transactions.

Next time you fire from the hip, have a think about who may be on the end of the line - looks a bit similar to ALA to me...
