TAH - looks like they are in a bit of a bind and don't want to solve the problem. Maybe they either fix it or lose agents who don't want the extra compliance difficulties - at a guess.
I shorted it on the initial news - seemed like TAH was priced very well, and was range trading a bit - so expecting it will at least move to the bottom of the recent range.
