Frankly I don't think the market believes anything OEX releases to the market anymore. The only market sensitive announcement that could potentially re-rate the company would be if RM resigned. That event would impress many holders but now everything they do is too little too late. Any potential spike in the share price by the end of the year will likely met with more sustained selling.
