They might be 'in the money' but they are escrowed (or nearly all escrowed) until substantial milestones achieved.

I love the project - they get my vote.

For waywood - suggest you read para 6.5 in notes to meeting agenda about who is doing the deal/negotiated the deal.

For those in doubt, sell.

For the rest of us, vote yes on res 6 OR there just isn't going to be a deal!
(I'm sure the 2 guys in question could take the deal elsewhere or float it themselves in a new company. )
