Governance is very important.
AMA or more specifically Mr Malone have not demonstrated good governance.
Last AGM, a sholder ribbed the Executive for the stencilled AR, a reference to how the AR used to be a photocopied bunch of paages with a staple through it as opposed to the glossy version usual for a ASX500 company.
Hope the AR is in better shape and form as those same shareholders will now be bleating about being diluted 9.09% from 65c down to 58c.
Interesting to see where it goes next?
