    DLS seems to be levitating at the moment. You'll all remember the 12th of Dec last year when oil and gas stocks suffered their final capitulation.

    BPT and STO are currently sitting about 7% above this capitulation level from December.

    DLS is sitting about 38% above capitulation. If the oil price weakens further this gap will be narrowed IMHO.
