FLT's main point of difference is their lowest airfare guarantee. I've also said it before but I'll say it again, retail leisure travel is often all people think about when they think of a 'travel agent'. But FLT's profit does not come from this space at all - in fact they're set up to lose money in the front end. Profit comes from bank-end super overrides from airlines and suppliers, and their corporate businesses.
