P.S looking at cash burn rate about 700k a 1/4 there is probably cash on hand end of this 1/4 for 2 months, plus there is still $4,000,000 undrawn from loan facility, gives about enough for 1 year plus 500k for court case.
Plus ABM will pay $2-$3m soon = about enough cash for 6-7 1/4's of operationa at current cash burn rate leaving $500k for court case, if it comes to anything.
