A well-known saying about earnings downgrades: "There's rarely just one cockroach in the kitchen." Also the massive volume accompanying the big fall on June 4 is clear evidence of "smart money" abandoning ship. The sentiment has now obviously changed for the worse, and without a major catalyst to reverse it, negative sentiment can drive down a stock price very quickly.
