    I'm sure there would be plenty of SH that wouldn't say it was 'a bit rough'

    Why didn't the paycuts come earlier? (it would have saved a tonne in dilution)
    Why did every potential partner walk? (other than Rey who got it on a platter)
    Why did it take so long to get through the legal quagmire? (the daggers were well and truly out)

    I have said this all along, life is about leverage. The company does not have leverage. Who is responsible for that?
