    In theory, as the one step process MRF reported on is just separating the single or "few layers" from each other, the amount of graphene produced is potentially close to parity assuming high purity (99%+) vein graphite is used.

    As no milling or grinding is involved, damage to the graphene layers should be minimal.

    Will be interesting to get some figures, but in theory the ratio of graphene from graphite should be much, much higher from SL vein graphite.
