Either way, we should have a definite answer on the company's direction soon.

My guess is a modest $4 -$5 mill profit, with little debt, but a strong emphasis on future growth (rebranding, etc, etc) ahead.

Probably values the company at about these levels, give or take a few cents.

Hopefully I a shocked a little....to the upside, but it will take a while to turn the ship, and the industry, around.
