Completely agree with Thereabouts, and just further to him /her... were VOC to fail, I seriously doubt AMM would slip below $2, though the market may register some disappointment, sooo VOC could still haveexited its stake then and taken a 'quick' profit if that were their motivation.
But to someone investigation "manipulation", this sale is clearly and transparently motivated by strategy. A strategy which is arguably more ethical than TPG's, and one which I have fully backed with my shareholding!
