Really interesting to see an apparently low-key announcement which subtly says so much.

Consider the implications of the words:

"Ongoing discussions with the Mozambique government have successfully concluded with agreement over the parameters of the project."

That means a lot! There have been a whole raft of mining and environmental approvals to go through, and they have taken very considerable time and effort. The fact that they have now been completed serves to emphasise the lead that SYR holds over its competitors. SYR is holding its first-mover advantage. Let's not forget, too, that SYR was fortunate enough to get things moving under the old MiningAct. Things look significantly tougher now.

And what about:

"a strong foundation for establishment of a multi-generational business"

Sounds to me like a description of a very solid, ultra-long-term operation.
