I am probably not going to do this justice, but thought it was important to work out exactly how much hofco oilfield services contributed to the business.
Based on 2014 FY annual report
Total revenue Ttn all divisions approx 110 million (hofco oilfields 9.7 mill) less than 10% of sales
Total ebit Ttn all divisions approx 22.4 million (hofco oilfields 5.1 mill) less than 23%
Titan no longer has any debt concerns, revenue over 100 mill, cash in the bank and based on 2014 ebit with hofco oilfields taken out we have a PE of less than ONE.
Please tell me which part of the equation does not scream out BUY.
Can we please see some buy action on the SP tomorrow. This is crazy. What are you waiting for?
