sparrot and watso--you are not making enough allowance fot the "due diligence" process--it takes a lot of time to peruse records,information,number crunch and do site inspectios-- i can tell you,there is lots of work happening behind the scenes and beware the pesky widdle wabbit--for KCN to have only 10% of the required 90%,can only be described as pathetic
