What does this say to the average reader - absolutely SFA

DLS is a buy unless you talk to this group who thinks it's a sell however,

"We remain bullish on the continually evolving and supportive East Coast gas story; and DLS does have significant gas upside yet to be realised."

WTF said that????..... anyones guess
