Trouble is they could have kept the share price around 5 or so cents with some smooth talking. The issue of the number of shares that they did to the drillers and lease holder couldn't be amassed on market for under 12 -14 cents so they got a chunk of the company for nicks.
Plenty of dogs out there with Mkt Caps of $4million (some with Mkt Caps of $50m).
Anyway there are plenty of opportunities in all the forgotten metals at the moment.
