choseright, they don't need to raise this quarter, all drilling costs are paid by shares, and KDR paying earn in cost.
secondly, if they require to raise some money, all they need to do is to ring their top 10 rich chinese. small people like me holding 300,400k don't have to worry about anything. 100k overheads, for god sake.
