For myself, the second last paragraph of page 02 is the most telling in "While the lead agency (DNRM) finalizes it's recommendations...." As to how long they have had it, there is no indication other than that the DEHP were to "submit their recommendations in early 2015" (page 01)

The DNRM at the time of the announcement could have had it a day, a week, a month (which included easter break), unfortunately there is no indication. After which their recommendations will go to the Minister for X amount of time.

We could get a decision sometime in May, but I'm not holding my breath, that's not to say we may be pleasantly surprised and receive one.

According to report we currently have access to $3M which may see us through Q2. I certainly hope for CNX sake we get a reply prior to the end of that.

I don't intend to get caught up in the 'Shorts' or pump and dumps. Mine will stay in the bottom drawer for the time being.
