Company is a bit of a joke by not updating shareholders. When they give themselves a de-listing deadline, and then fail to meet their own deadline, well... what went wrong?
How do contractors who get paid in shares about not being able to sell them straight up? With MIZ delisted, one wonders if discounted shares would be considered currency?
