Now foxtra, I don't want to be rude, but you can stop wondering about the trial partnering because the company has said that over and over again in its justification for the coal investment that they can't find a partner and therefore need to fund it through other means - ie coal investment. As for capital raising, they aren't going to raise $30m with shares at 1.4c so that's why they've gone for a high risk high reward invesstent i.e., coal investment. Fair enough to not like what Avexa is doing, but it sounds like you might need to read up on what they've already announced to the market so you have the full story of their plans and the context of their decisions.
