"dumping of shares prior to the meeting"

Sorry V, I'm at a bit of a loss with this statement. What makes you think there was dumping? A simple breakdown analysis of the period trade parcels (volumes/timing) in comparison to historic patterns, shows nothing out of the norm. However, if there was a dump it was done with astute market sagacity - which would indicate broker support eg. "assisted masking" of the trades.

Back to the bottom draw for my TIS. But Execs now have to step up with some urgency and adequetly update shareholders of the current situation and how they'll progress the company.
