Yes, I think panic selling? Maybe someone knows but the time is 4.45am in the UK.
If they knew anything it would have been last night rather than now.
The board reviewing the decision have no conflicts of interest declared on all their CV's.
No management could sell because of "inside information" otherwise serious criminal activity.
And I think they actually need a majority decision so unless they have already voted, the decision cant have been made as yet..
My thoughts only.....
