I don't disagree with anything you've said here. I've been pretty consistent on what I think of the deals and finance situation over the last few years which I thought was a pretty realistic appraisal of the ongoing situation from my perspective anyway. I guess that's maybe why I don't seem overly negative, to me this is just more of the same, not the straw that broke the camel's back, I thought it was broken long ago.

I just wish we would get some good news for once, the last piece of good news was probably the native title claim being thrown out? Since then its been a death spiral downwards with nothing positive unless you are in management or a lawyer.
