Departure of CEO seems a bit weird and raises questions. My only assumption is 2 factors.
A) ORI is about to have a bad result (however they are under obligation to have warned the market if the result was going to be bad though right?)
B) They have decided to bring in a cost cutting and capital management style CEO instead.
