No, you dont get to put CR rumours out there by being glib.
He's getting funded-cheaply- by banks. There's no competing buyer for smash repairs. There's no large chain of smash repairs that require large Capex and he's returning Divies and cap growth by being non dilute.
If he does what you suggest then its a completely different business plan.
