Maybe the really important point is that Gina Rinehart/Hancock Prospecting/GEV has decided to invest directly into one of Catalyst's projects (in the first instance) via a Joint Venture. In addition (and maybe more importantly) GEV and Catalyst have "agreed to co-operate on an exclusive basis in relation to any further exploration or production opportunities within a designated area......and covers the entire Whitelaw Gold Belt". The control of the entire Whitelaw Gold belt could be very appealing to Hancock Prospecting - there could be more deals to come.................? Interestingly enough Catalyst was trading around 35 cents (until recently being sold down to 18 on very little volume) - their story is different now, in that they now have the capital to find out on way or the other if their hunch is correct!?! Maybe sub 30 cents will be seen to have been a very good opportunity to get on board!?! Maybe the interest will build over time?
