this is a pretty good deal when you look at it closely

$40 per ounce for next 61,914 ounces.....about $2.5m
2% royalty after that, say 50koz pa conservatively, $1500 gold.....about $1.5m per year (over 1m ounces too so long annuity)
$3m baloon payment

On an NPV basis I think the royalty could be worth about $15m. Highly likely to go ahead give infrastructure is there and grade is reasonable.

Cliffs also selling their iron ore mine which has limited mine life left. Parker range could be sold off as a package IMO

All there other assets would probably scrape together couple of million or so too.
