    yeah is a niche business - eye surgery mkt

    i hold VGH. Very disappointed with the returns in the last year on this one. Hasn't performed to expectation. Earnings are still growing strong 20% ish. The price at the moment is allright especially if they announce good earnings next time or an acquisition one day
