the 10c and especially 10.5c has been OEL's technical nemesis for a number of years now - the capital return changes the playing field a bit yet OEL seems to be one of those stocks that doesn't factor in anything until it is sign sealed and delivered. Basis this, announcing an ex date on the return should be very positive. Yet until such an announcement is made, a close above 10.5c will still be significant IMO. Grinding nicely away at 10c - the seller will have to run out of stock at some stage ! E
