Allow me to chip in on this one, Ht.
Their bread and butter client's site crew are known to have frequent headless chook moments; mostly caused by revving up maintenance shuts, without letting telling other people. They were specialising in ordering up a shutdown crew or two, then having a blue with Production about getting access to whatever was they wanted to do some work on. Whew! Imagine how twisted that gets some knickers!
The board (no board deserves a capital B from a shareholder), being of the WA type, will purport support for shareholders, but, if all turns to sheet, will be the only ones who walk away from any wreck with suitcases stuffed with as much cash as they can get their hands on.
On the other hand, they might make you wealthier. Good luck!
