So are you saying that "capital" isn't "funding" ?
No need to answer, since no doubt you've got me on ignore.
I think this "voluntary suspension" will drag on to 1st May 2015, when they can "capital raise" from "sophisticated investors" using a short-form prospectus again. Before that it's hard to see how can they fully disclose in a full prospectus without going sub-zero on credibility.
