not entirely true trythree.
the co has confirmed it has been in talks with potential equity partners for quite some time. it just so happens that this time around a staff of the bank involved decided to flap his/her gums.
talks/negotiations would have been happening when the stock was trading earlier at 50c, 40c, 30, 20c..

Anyway, lets see what the next quarterly brings us
