disappointed with the result, particularly the 37million being issued at .001, would explain the decline in share price to get the VWAP in their favour. Would prefer all the shares are issued above the current price, but that is not likely to happen, the reason, wanting to be able to issue more shares is also highly frustrating.
In saying all that , if this takes care of all of the current convertible debt then it's probably a good thing...
